1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Altiora app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Altiora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems
• Create accounts for the purpose of abusing free features or manipulating metrics

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Altiora is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Altiora offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. We do not offer direct refunds outside of the App Store process.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Altiora — including but not limited to curriculum content, scenarios, questions, explanations, UI design, and branding — is the exclusive property of Altiora and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Altiora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The content in the app is for educational and self-improvement purposes only and does not constitute professional psychological advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altiora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Altiora after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
